I found this training incredibly helpful. Dan was brilliant and very amusing. The session was engaging and the gaps provided to ask questions were really helpful. I am looking forward to receiving the slides to help prompt me when looking at applying for benefits.
What could be improved?
A checklist could be provided (apologies if this is being sent along with the slides) to provide guidance for what to look out for/what entitles you to be eligible for certain benefits. As far as the presentation is concerned, I would recommend it as it was.

Also, knowing thresholds for applying for specific benefits is helpful to us for our clients and to ourselves in our personal lives. I found this helpful especially for my own growth and knowledge as I have only ever lived in the UK for the past 4 years and had to learn the system/s from the absolute beginning.
